try connecting through your PC, using FileZilla, or Dreambox Edit, to back up your files, especially your channel list, if you haven't got them backed up already.
The easiest way to fix the problem would be to re-load Black hole 2.15, which is the latest Black Hole, using your USB stick.
Can you please provide more information of how far, into booting up, the VU+ Duo 2 gets?
