in need of some help I tune in 19.2 degrees but I am finding the high frequencys keep coming up now and again no signal was wondering if it is my lnb has been working fine for over a year until now thanks in advance for any help

Checking the plugs and cable for damage and checking the dish alignment and a skew of the Lnb would be my point of start. Use dishpointer for a correct elevation for you dish and a skew of the LNB and then move it sideways till you peak the signal. I usualy use wife as a signal meter :P (and when she becomes annoyed with me I tend to find a signal quicker) but if
you have a proper meter it would help. If no succes to improve the signal on the TP's affected look at your lnb and replace if needed. If you had a mate with a simmilar setup plugging your box in to his dish would also help to rule out the problems with your own sat tuners guts
