Mag 254 factory reset

Hi all I've just got a mag 254 bought second user and wanted to factory reset the box as I can't upgrade the firmware, does anyone know how to reset and also wanted to know how to get to the inner portal is this the same as the embedded portal?

Hi mate, on mine you press Menu (middle left), select Settings at bottom and to scroll down through various choices until you find 'Load Inner Portal' - and in you go, where there are further options!
Have you tried that?
