Is there any way to increase the signal when connected wireless guys

use a wireless extender between the spiderbox and the router

there is also a thread on here where a member modified the aerial on their spiderbox

There's no description of what was done to boost the signal just three pictures, the pics show an external aerial and a small circuit board added, anyone knows what the circuit is ?
