vu+solo2 se

i i had black hole image on this box tried to put open vix on it everything looked fine says its loading and then open vix screen is displayed and vix is slowly turning on the screen, but it wont respond to anything using the remote and wont go into standby using the power button on the front of box tried reinstalling black box but cant, anybody any ideas?:respect-050:

The VU+ Solo 2 SE is a clone receiver, VU+ produce either the VU+ Solo 2, or the VU+ Solo SE.
Using later versions of Black Hole, on a clone receiver, has been known to kill it, but you could try an earlier version, of Black Hole, or a different image.
i suggest you get in touch with your supplier, for advice.
