Hotbird

Hi

I live in Kent (Medway) and I am having a problem with Finding Hotbird 13East

I have a motorised dish with VU Duo receiver when I turn to Hotbird all I get is Tuner Failed on the screen

I have an image Open pli in the Duo

I also get the same thing an my (Snipe) Auto Sat Finder it just keeps going round and round trying to find a signal

I have the same image on my VU Solo

Should I reload both receiver with a new image

If so can someone let me know which image to use

What other satellites are you getting? 19.2E, 16E, 10E, 9E? And what signal quality readings are you getting?
Are you trying a manual scan, of channels you're certain are active?

All other satellites are OK they are

28,23,19,4.8,Thor,5wast HISPASAT

At about 9 o'clock last night I turned the dish to Hotbird and it worked

I have just tried it now and it is not working

I did the same on the Snipe last night it worked now it don't

Must be something to do with the weather like to hot
