Help needed

Hi guys I have a technomate 5402 hd m3 ci i have the latest patch in and just entered a cline but the box is still scrambled I know the line is working because it's working on another box can someone please help thanks

It says disconnected but the server I got it of says it is good for three boxes I even tried turning it of on the other box to see if that would help but still not working

If it is working on another box and you are allowed 3 connections then could it be network related? Is the network connected on the TM? Cable/WiFi?

It on Ethernet cable I tried it in a different room and connection but still nothing I will try what is in thread 4 and let you know what happens thanks for all the help

Hi again guys I tried youtube and weather bots not working one said connection failed and the other sain connection error I tried changing cable and tried home plugs but still not working were in menu do you chech if internet is on if it's 3 good em then it says not connected if anyone con help please maybe the box is broke I just don't know thanks anyway

try entering c line again on another line then try if works then you would know that you have entered cline incorrectly first time around a easy mistake to make

Where in menu do I check if internet is connected I can't find it
