vu duo owner

Hi all, this is my first forum, and I'm at a dead end lol. I want to reset my vu duo and start from scratch. I bought bout year and half ago and 6 months ago renewed for a year but now not working and had no reply from seller :-( I've seen stuff on **** but don't want to pay for advise or step by step guide if its available for free lol now this much I do know: Menu, setup, factory reset... will that reset to factory or is there another option as I daren't select that just yet lol. any help appreciated and sorry for the essay

check the vu duo forum here, the sticky threads in there tell you how to reinstall your box from scratch using the latest files like blackhole 216 or vix hades 12
