im having the same problem again with my stab hh120 motor, the dish starts to move back and forward with the stub so doesnt stay on the correct alighment, inside the motor the brass gearwheel center d shape hole opens out so doesnt hold the stub secure,it looks like the wind moving the dish back and forth eventualy wears the brass wheel,
can the brass wheels be bought on their own or is it a new motor again.
as this is the 3rd one with the same issue is there a better upward pointing stub motor, they do have a 3 year warranty but it was sent back to me saying there was no fault with it:beatdeadhorse5:
it has a gilbertine 1.2m dish on it
I would recommend this

should be easy to set up and metal gears

Just for the record that Dish is way too heavy to install on a diseqc motor, It may be ok at ground level in a sheltered location but thats about it you really need a polar mount and actuator for that dish.

i fear your correct, it only holds for a while then the wind induced shake wears it out, what polar mount and actuator works best with a spiderbox

Any as the Polar mount is driven via an Actuator arm by a Vbox.
The polar mount for the Gibertini works out at around £45 from germany with around another £40 for an actuator then about £25 for a Vbox + you would also need to run 4 core cable to the actuator from the Vbox

same cost as another stab, might as well go with polar mount, thanks
