Hi everyone.
Im new to this site but recently bought the icecrypt s3500hdcci.
I have been trying to get the plugins to work and also update to the latest firmware via the icrypt download.
All was well until the box turned back on, usual amber/green flashing then when it finished its boot up the green light came on but the screen was blank. Also the box is not turning off.
I tried the reset (channel up button at power up with firmware on usb stick) but after a few seconds got a red flashing light. this didn't stop and after another power cycle its still not working.
PLEASE HELP if you can.

Hi dazahome80,
Don't know why No reset.
Try reset in menu.
You could turn your S3500HDCCI into
an Enigma 2 box with the use of the USB stick.
Goto (HDmedia universe), register.
Click on (Image-Changelog).
In the (SH4) list click on (918gse+) Download
to desktop, then upload onto your
USB stick (8mb or higher).
plug into back of 3500 box and leave it in.
Latest image is..
..HDMI 3927 23 jul 2015.
918gse+ is the Emigma2 image fore
the S3500Hdcci box
Look for (Dreamset 235x32) to upload
Catseye E2 settings into E2.
You will sill keep all your boxes software
and setting (Channels BBC1 and).

It looks like you will need to use Porter Express, a null modem cable and a computer with a R232 port.
Load Porter Express into the computer.
Load the Flash.v6.ICECRYPT.S3500HDCC.ird (cleaning file) into the computer.
Connect the computer and the S3500 with with the null modem cable.
Power off the S3500.
Load the flash cleaner into Porter.
Power on S3500.
The cleaner will take about 50 minutes.
Power off S3500.
Load latest firmware into PorterExpress.
Power on.
Loading firmware will take about 50 minutes.
Power off and power on and The S3500 should reboot normally.
Good Luck

Maybe ColdAsIce will read this thread and post the file that you require in this thread or in the Icecrypt section of the forum.
