Hi, since updating to the latest FW, reinstalling vHannibal etc none of the channels are showing any signal. I've tried reinstalling settings, updating software rebooting etc but no change, does anyone have an ideas?

Also is there a preferred order of tuners in the ultimo? Current layout is A usals, B C/T, C single and D single.

Are you using a motor?

Go into your main menu/setup/service settings/tuner configuration:

Check your tuner is like this Tuner A (depending on where you have your lnb cable driving your motor you might have to swap these):

Configuration mode: Simple
Mode: Positioner
Longitude & latitude - set these for your area.

Tuner B - Second cable or motorised LNB Tuner A


Exit the setup menu.

Open your channel list - hit blue button - go to a bouquet on a different satellite from what you're currently on - select a channel.

If your motor doesn't move - check your cables or swap the settings around - Tuner B/A.

I had to reinstall before I could get it to work, still don't understand why it wouldn't work before.
