FTP that file to /tmp

Press Green Button then Yellow Button for addons
Select manually install BH packages.

Select the CCcam221_full_E2_bh.tgz‎ file and press OK

Once it's installed the BH packages window will be empty.

Press the Blue button and use the < > buttons to select CCcam and press OK to run it.

I BOUGHT VU+DUO 2 BUT NO CLUE HOW TO INSTALL CCCAM I INSTALLED BLACK WHOLE IMAGE BUT CANT INSTALL MY C LINE. I READ YOR POST JUST NEED TO KNOW WHAT IS FTP AND tmp and how can i FTP taht file to tmp

You use your PC.
FTP is just a File Transfer protocol program, which allows you to view files, from your receiver, on one side, the right hand side, and files from your PC, on the left hand side.
To access your receiver, from your PC, you first need your receivers IP Address, which you can find in the receivers menu.
Menu, Setup, System, Network, select your connection, wither LAN, using a cable, from your receiver, to your router, or WLAN, if you set it up wirelessly, then click on Adapter Settings and note down the IP Address.
Next go to your PC and either start up the FileZilla program, if you've downloaded it, or use the VUCC, VU+ Control Centre, available here:

The username is always root, the IP Addres is your receivers, and the password should be left blank, unless you've already set up a password.
Click the connect button, then the FTP option, and follow the guides, posted by Lee, from Goldwafers:
