Hi just wondering of anyone has any help they could give me.
I have replaced my sly box with vu zero. however when swapped the boxes i do not get any signal on the zero, i plugged back teh sly box and its full signal.
I have set my satellite settings to simple and chose 28.2, still no signal.
I'm Lost.

What image do you have loaded?
Have you tried manually scanning in a working transponder?
I assume you mean you've set the Tuner up to Simple, Single, Astra 2, 28.2E.

I can't remember the exact image, but it was a backup the most popular about, I will check when I get home.
Yeah I used ********* to look up a few transponders and can't get get signal and no services when I scan.
Yeah that's what I have set tuner to.
Would it be worth flashing original blackhole (not a backup)?
I plugged in my old spider box and it won't pick up signal either, bit the sly HD shows full signal on both inputs, neither input gives me anything on zero or spider. I'm lost!

Try manually scanning in 10758 V 22000 DVB-S, and 10773 H 22000 DVB-S, on both your Spiderbox, and VU+ Zero.

I assume you are located in the UK, and talking about a Sky UK dish, pointing at 28.2E, and not one of the other Sky packages?
If you are gtting a 99% SNR, on your VU+, then that is high, for a small dish.
Try manually scanning in a DVB-S2 frequency: 11068 V 23000 DVB-S2 8PSK 2/3, and see if you get any new channels show up.
