Icefilms, are servers down ?

Using Win 7 & Kodi can get through the Icefilm menu to the links, after
clicking on a link get an error message.

Can get to Icefilms via browser. Latest Icefilm update installed. Addon
Forum is down so can't check there.

Advice or confirmation would be appreciated.

I am no expert with Kodi, I have 1xMX and 1x Fire Stick and I can confirm that I cannot get Icefilms to work
on my boxes.

about a week ago & the URL I use will open in the Browser.

Icefilms is working fine if you're using a VPN. If you're trying to access it using the unblocked.pw link then forget it.

Thanks for the reply hda5, but... I have a VPN service. Also the ipv6 link
is working from my Browser on another PC without VPN. I'm using
CyberGhost, cut down version is £10 a year, Don't think it works with Android though. It is a fairly fast connection, don't know why I'm getting the
error as the menu's load OK. It worked OK last time I used it, been using
Genesis for just over a week & not Iceefilms for dls.

PS, getting script failed error when clicking on link. Also just tried a different VPN.

ive tried the trial version of VyprVPN also cyperghost and dosent work either ? do they work with trials.

I don't know, paddyboy. I'm not using a trial version, I have a paid account with VyperVPN and use it on my MyGica ATV582 box and it works fine using the default URL _https://www.icefilms.info

I can't say for sure about using VyperVPN on any other device other than Android as I only use it on my MyGica box.

If I unplug the MyGica box from the mains I do have to remember to launch VyperVPN again from the Applications menu and click the big blue connect button otherwise I wouldn't be connecting through the VPN.

I purchased a 2nd VPN as the first one , although for 5 units was too slow.
Just bought the single version of CyberGhost for my dl PC. Until now had
no problems.

Have checked a 2nd PC that was working on ipv6 on Icefilms, that no
longer works. The rollback on Icefilms is blanked out so can't get rid
of the last update. Pity I didn't block the updates on 2nd PC to see if
the update is the problem.

Tried MyGica box that was working, it comes up with no connection on
Icefilms.

I switched to manual updates on my dl PC. Genesis on the last update
has stopped the downloading, so..have kept that blocked as dling TV series.

It could be my ISP as they run on Talk Talk network & they block a lot
of things.

If your referring to VPN paddyboy depends on the account. Some are
single others you pay more and get a multiple account. I have one that
will work on 5 units.

Have been with my ISP for years & had no probs until Dec 2014 when the
new laws came in. Didn't know they were renting Talk Talk servers. Will
probably switch providers at the end of the year. If I use a non legit
link they knock my line out. !!

Where I get caught out with Talk Talk is if download speed is too fast on non legit
sites. Main problem is when I use Real Debrid, the line gets cut then resets. I use
a downloader with a resume that is set at it's slowest. I don't lose a download from
Debrid due to the resume, though the line speed drops for the dl.

Using a VPN is not a problem & dependent on the VPN line speed for me. I don't
usually have a problem with Kodi & VPN as dl speeds are usually slow. I can get
up to 20mb on my line so the fast dls probably show up. I can usually get the blocked
sites I use using a VPN.

As for Icefilms, anyone that can get it at present is lucky. They have put a block on
Kodi users. There is a chance it may come back, but...with ads. Too many people
are using Kodi now & there is an issue with non paid server use. Movreel has folded
due to unpaid use & blaming Kodi.

Hope that answers your VPN question paddyboy, use one & don't worry about
it.

Latest update on Icefilms v1.10.0 Links are back working & small ad
box is shown. A good compromise to get the site back, revenue from ads
goes to Icefilms.

Here's the updated icefilms - this now works with the new changes, I assume you know how to install Kodi addons so I won't teach you.
