Italia uno and rete quartro not clearing for me

I have a problem I can download 11919 v 29900 and the channel load but Rete 4 and italia one do not open I suspect pids but I do not know how to manualy put them in any ideas. these channels work on my 9000 hd the box does not have the latest software meaning april.

Delete problem channels first, then rescan them, changes were made to those 2 channels a few days ago, Always check K*i*n*g*of*S*a*t they give current details and the changed date.
