I'm now pulling my hair out! I am trying to install additional repositories (for Genesis which is not in the xbmc repository) in XBMC and everything I try (eg tvaddons) when installing from zip XBMC reports "Addon does not have the correct structure". Any ideas?

Should be in the download feeds but don't get too excited because it has not changed for quite a while and may never change for our range of boxes.
Not sure kodi specific addons will work with the Vu+ version but worth trying anyway. You never know your luck. :D

thanks mate. I had xbmc installed but it wouldn,t allow me to add a source. I put the source code in--ok then named it but The "ok button would not highlight. Tried diff. source same. I removed xbmc from the box. Don,t want to reinstall the one I have in the plugin bundle, hence looking for latest version.

Hi
I'm sure someone will put me right but I have not been able to source an independent ipk for XBMC anywhere which means sadly, that the one in the plug-in feeds is the only choice I'm afraid.
There are plenty of 'ready made' repositories on the forums to chose from that I know do work and I can also confirm that the 'usual suspects' (eg tvaddons) still work for me.
However, as Kodi is now primary and continually evolving I wonder how long our existing E2 version will continue to work for us.
