can the mygica box be used in the usa. anyone know if its dual voltage. as I'm not technically minded I wondered if it would work via the Americans internet if wookie was preloaded here. friends coming from ohio next week and didn't know if it was worth them buying one from goldwafers to take home

I am pretty sure that Mygica is a company based in Canada,so I would think the box would be ok for the USA.

The MyGica PSU is duel voltage.

USA 2 pin adapter pins are rectangular, Euro 2 pin adapter pins are circular, see picture diagram below. The power adapter from Goldwafers comes with a euro 2 pin adapter with a UK 3 pin converter plug.

So buying a Euro 2pin to USA 2 pin converter plug would enabled them to use the box in America.

You'll need to buy a CP4 EURO CEE7 TO USA 2 PIN PLUG (NEMA 1-15)

hi everyone. just an update.my friends didn't buy one but weve just been to Orlando for 8 days. box worked spot on using usa type plug. enabled me to watch the football and a couple of movies at night after a hard days chilling ( and xmas shopping). will deffo take it with me on future hols as it hardly takes any room in the case. my choice of hotels were made via the fact they had free wi fi.
