i want to use 2 spiderboxes independently in same room ,how would i be able to use RC on each one without affecting other box?

I don't think you can, if they are both the same model, as I don't think you can alter the remote control, on Spiderboxes, via the software.
You can block one off, by covering the receivers sensor, with a bit of tape, but this means that you will have to change channel manually.

as above , same thing applies to almost any set of similar boxes , my bro used to do the above with 2 technomates years ago
you can operate 2 different models, like a 7000 and a 6000 as the remotes are not inter-changeable

thanks for replies,both boxes are spiderbox 7000 models,i`ll have to buy a different box to do what i need .

yep , and not a 9000 or a 9900 either , has to be a spider 6000 or a totally different box like a vu
I have had vu boxes and spiderboxes in the same cabinet, with no issues like the scenario you have
