VUplus Solo2 with Turbo USB tuner

I have a solo2 and have just purchased a turbo usb tuner.
I'm trying to set it up on cable.

Ive set the tuner configuration up to-

Tuner type.................. DVB-C
Configuration mode.............. enabled
Used service scan type.............. Provider
Provider to scan ............ vermin UK (6952)

I then run a manual scan.
its only picking up 10 channels and none of them are FTA channels?
any help please?

Are you doing a complete scan and have you selected the network scan option ?

yes I tried that and its still only the same 10 channels coming up.

Have you checked your cables.xml file, to see if the channels are included?
What image do you have loaded?

I have blachole 2.1.7
just updated it.
not sure how to check the xml file though sorry.

no worries ive sorted it.
had to overwrite the cables.xml file with the latest one even though i have the latest blackhole image??
