Update problem

Hi, i have downloaded the latest patch and put it onto a usb. When i go to software upgrade , i get upgrade fail. I just bought the box and am trying to get the extended menu.

I just tried that, the only difference i noticed was that if your box is after july then use the MSCAM patch. I have tried this too and it still comes up update fail. Been on it for 3 hours now and calling it a day. Will try again tomorrow thanks.

Did you follow the instruction for the USB Stick:

Download the latest patch from the link below , unpack it using 7zip and copy the .ssu file to a USB stick pre-formatted to fat32.

If same 'update fail' try another USB Stick.

Problem solved thanks... It was the USB stick. I was using a micro sd inserted into a usb adapter. Didn't realise that this could be a problem. Got hold of a usb stick today and it worked first time. Thanks for the help.
