HI ALL IS THERE ANY REASON WHY I COULD NOT GET AN INTERNET CONNECTION ON sPIDERBOX 6000,I have checked several and all were working now two will not, I have tried checking with other Stb's and all seems to be okay accept for those two, would a patch sort them out, any help would be appreciated, regards McG

Hi. I have the same problem but works fine at other people's house. Does the broadband have anything to do with it?

i had the same problem...living out in the middle of nowhere internet speed was not very good and my spider 6000 would just disconnect itself all the time......had infinity installed yesterday and all seems well.

I think the fact that the receiver worked in someone else's house would indicate that there is a problem with your internet connection, ie Modem or Router even.
