I doubt you will find the answer here any more, no one uses Dreambox any more, have you tried ihad ?

You will need to search for KodiDirect by PCD, think the latest version is 3.0
put the ipk in your /tmp folder and 'install local extension'

I have dreambox 600 pvr and triple dragon (same linux like dreambox) so i think it can install kodi...

That's what I did yesterday. It installed but seems one needs other software to stream media depending on the image installed. Seems mine requires python sqlite3. Though I have installed it, still no streaming though I installed some kodi plugins.

That's a bit harsh. Remember that some newer boxes like the ZGemma's etc are based on DB architecture.

Or am I just a Luddite cheapskate ? :D

PCD pluggin is not a fully working kodi if i remmeber well. It is a pluggin that try to simulate Kodi /XBMC but is far from full Kodi.
I can be wrong but i mean that PCD pluggin works in many linux boxes that have the power to run this addosn/ pluggins.

DM600 and Triple Dragon is at list not in that range i think.
