Have you tried a full factory reset? Yes, this will lose all the channels previously stored, put it's a starting point for loading everything back again

Cheers for your reply, that were i am an the minute no channels at all , i have pressed all sorts of buttons trying to restore but nothing
i also notice were the info for satellite position is its blank .. no longitude position or anything its all 000 000,were as before it would say the degrees etc.. and were the Astra 28 use to be with loads of others the is nothing now, at one point hotbird was the only on and thats gone now, so as you can see.. i have really messed everything up ,

Are you trying to load Astra 28 or channels from another satellite?
Do you not have a usb backup?
Select menu got system then select upgrade by USB and select your backup
Alternativley load the latest release upgrade by USB and this should bring the box back you will then have to scan the channels that you require
hope this helps

So what can you see?
The menu?
If so i would select system default setting then select upgrade by usb and load the latest firmware via usb to get to a stable position first
Check under statellite installation that you have the 0/12volt on?

from what you have indicated you have lost your your channels
if you have a backup install your backup. Menu, system, upgrade upgrade and then select channel. Alternativley select all ( software bios channels) an this should bring it all back
leave it with you
@angus5041,
Could you please clarify the sats you want to receive and your setup ie single sat, Disqc switch or motor? I am not familiar with your receiver but if you make this clear i am sure that members like Ross_37 will be able to help.
