loading flash

hi guys

could anyone tell me how loading the flash for = zgemma star 2s I know how switched box then plung in usb what button do press.

Flashing Instructions:
Use a USB Pen drive formatted to FAT32
Unzip and copy the zgemma folder to USB Pen
Power off Zgemma Box
Insert USB Pen into the USB socket on the back of the box.
Power on Zgemma Box
When you see USB displayed on front panel press the standby key on the box
You will see FLSH displayed on front panel.
Now wait for flashing to complete.
Box will reboot automatically after it's finished flashing the image.
