new vu+zero does not flash with fat32 usb stick

have some experiences with flashing VU+ boxes , having VU+solo VU+solo2 both with open Pli

bought last week 2 NEW boxes Vu+ZERO in Spain and both of them will NOT flash
tried 5 different USB sticks all fat32 formatted with latest open Pli images

The white light starting blinking and it reads USD but it will always go directly to the factory set blue VU+image

when i check the usb stick again VAR file has been added 1 january 1980 on it

Retried black hole and others , no flash
Never had difficulties to flash other VU+ boxes

​From another web site:

1. Download the desired image zip file for your model.​
2. Extract the zip file. There will be a folder called 'vuplus' & under that folder another with the name of the Vu+ model (see example screenshot below).​
3. Copy the 'vuplus' folder to root folder of your USB stick. It should look like this:​

4. Remove any other USB device.​
5. Turn the receiver off.​
6. Insert the USB stick into the receiver (front is most convenient).​
7. Turn it on.​
