Hi I am having a problem getting my box to ftp update I have 2 one is connected to my Internet wired and one is wifi the wired one works first time so all is good but when I try the box connected by wifi I get file not found error all setting as practically the same on both boxes I have tried refreshing and factory defaulting but no luck I need to update my channels list if anyone knows how this can be resolved I would appreciate it.

There are several points on this. I presume the box's are in different location as you could connect wired instead of wifi. There is no difference between wired and wifi the setting should be the same to update
Not sure if your channels list are different but you could copy the chanels list from one to the other via USB
Menu, system, Upgrade via USB and change to chanels only
