Notfilmon problem

Hi guys hope someone might be able to help. I have Notfilmon on my android box and it has all the UK channels on. BBC, ITV etc. I am helping my sister who lives in USA to set up the same on the same model androidbox and when she adds Notfilmon it doesn't show the BBC or ITV channels. I am in Grenada West Indies so I don't think it is a UK blocking ip problem but wondering if her broadband supplier was blocking them from downloading. She is on Central Link. I've done the usual searches but can't find anything relevant. I can open them all fine but they don't even appear in her version. Strange.
