hi everybody
can any body help me.
i have just got a spiderbox 6000hd.
i did a factory reset then put the 6000hd patch in.
did the factory reset again.
then went to satellite settings and found there was no satellites in there.
can anybody help please.

You should have backed up your channel list.
Try loading a prepared channel l;ist, for the 6000 HD:

If as the OP has stated there are no Satellite Settings, then he will have no Channel list to back up, he has to follow the setup procedure here:

just put the compass channel list from 5 weeks ago into the box, set up usals if required and its job done in 2 minutes
