IKS Failed to login

I hadn't used my 6000 HD for a while I just had the last updates installed but when I checked my IKS it shows 00-00-00... key and states the login failed. I hjad never check this before so not sure what is going on, do I need to manually put a code in? Also the Tube *orn dose not show any content. Any tips are welcomed.

if you have had it over 12 months then the code will have expired

just make sure its using the oct 2015 firmware by checking the system info first

I have a similar problem IKS will not login, using oct patch and new chn list, no date showing on the iks screen , do i have to input a key and if so what and how. thanx

If you have bought new Spiderbox HD6000 you have to load Mscam patch and use code : 1111111111

If you have old box a year ago you have to buy new code.
