With this box is it best to have a motor dish or will I get all the bonus extras on a fixed dish

Its better to have a motorized dish for the Satellite side of receiving using either MsCam or IKS. There won't be any bonus extras on an Astra 28e fixed dish if thats what you mean.

Motorised is the best solution but you can also be satisfied with fixed dish.
You also have the IPTV services.

I have a motorised dish, but it works very well on 28e ;)
As blackdevil says, there are loads of IPTV channels too, but obviously, these can be a bit hit & miss.
