Maybe you would like to say software it is that you have installed on your receiver, to do this go to Menu -> System Settings -> System Info -> Press OK , and give the details there, if it is the latest it should read:

Model : HD6000
HW Version: 01.00
SW Version : 01.20
Date : April 1 2015

hi there yes thats the same as mine where it says softwear update in the field it has http://default

Default in that field is correct, make sure you have internet connection working with other options and try again at a different time of day or night.
