Hi Guys
My mscamd doesn't seem to be working since morning. It was working fine last night opening all channels. I have checked my active account and it says 'Expiry date 346 days'. Is it off or it's only me. Regards

Still down here. Nothing opened since Friday. Have tried reset. Ping test fails.

Mine is working fine now. If you still can't open any channel try reloading the latest patch it should reset everything. Regards

Just checked now and MsCamd is now working without needing to reload the patch. :) Thanks to all for getting this back working. :)

Hi, any advice on setting up cam or mgcamd on this box (hitech)? I have a sly and spider box so very use to doing this, just can't seem to resolve. All details entered correctly but still scrambled channels.

try doing it all again while its working,its been down as much as its been up,you may have installed your unique key number when the system was down,,how to,is covered in other posts on the form.

Yes, as Joe says it could still be down at your Location /Area. Have you followed the Setup guide Sticky which works?

Just to add, at startup 'over main icons menu' you will get an MSCAM popup appear with Expiry / Days left when it working.
