icecrypt 3200hd biss key issue

Hi guys im having difficulties making a biss key to work . I know the key is correct due to other people using it. Is there any way that im doing it wrong or it might be a receiver fault? I totally regret buying the 3200 hd cause theres no info on the net. ANYWHERE :(. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The icecrypt 3200 has been working at mine and many others for past 2 years without fault or fail,how are you entering the biss key as its simple to do when following the instructions or just load on the latest software and key from net by connecting LAN to box and FTP.You need to state how you are entering key for anyone to be able to tell you whether it is correct or not.Add some more info and I will tell you what /where you are going wrong if ata ll.
