Hello and a quick question

Hello to you all!! My Spiderbox 6000HD has recently stopped showing my sports and movie channels showing the scrambled service message. In Network Settings it shows my IP Address as 0% Quality, is this the reason I'm not getting the channels I was before? And if so, how so I go about getting them back?
