How to open PVR files on pc? Regards

Check that the files have .ts extension. If they are .tsv then just rename removing the v at the end.

They should then open in VLC, GOM player and probably other players.

try VLC and GOM PLAYER for starters too (dont install any 3rd party PUPS in gom player though)
