HI Guys

Anybody else having trouble viewing VOD, freezing picture-juddering?? really bad last night.

Have tried quite a few of the VODs today and, excepting those that don't work at all, they have played smoothly.

These still sticking. Router is v media super hub and sat channels, iptv working great.loaded update changed data cable and still the same. Could it be router issue??

have you got all your firewalls and security settings turned off as that can cause issues.

vod does not work for me picture freezes/judders like it is buffering but I have VM super hub router with loads of download speed so that is not the problem. I have put new leads re-patched done everything I know what to do so if no one else has any issues with this I am thinking it may be a box fault. Sat works great. If anyone else does have issues with vod then let me know and I can stop losing the rest of my hair over this.

I'm having similar problems on my box too but as black devil said they are fixing the issue

Most of us have no problem with movies.
First movie to Star Wars: The Force Awakens is source 1
Star Wars: The Force Awakens to Mortdecai is source 2
You have problem to both sources ?
Stop any torrent downloading or playstation,xbox etc. online (if you have something like that).
Please name problematic movies.

Thanks BlackdeviI. I have only tried source 1 so far but will set up my vm super hub as modem only at weekend as I have been told this can stop some issues and see if that helps. I must be getting a conflict somewhere. Once again thanks.
