fire stick not working

Hi all, new to this I bought a amazon fire stick, downloaded kodi etc but it wont play tv programs etc any help greatly welcome....PLEASE

I would probably (if I was you) visit the Kodi website or google 'amazon fire stick kodi' for a detailed tutorial on how to make my fire stick work - or even check out a few youtube videos - but that's just me.

BTW - nice first post! I am sure you will get all the help you need :-)

Thank you, I was a member many years ago, well I don't know what I did but its now working and I've got everything on it brill !!!!!

If you are on bt by any chance the home hub 5 has a smart scan thats always on that blocks kodi on firestick, by turning this off or by it learning the connection it allows the connection through.
