Anyone know why Android 4.1.2 is not compatible?

I tried two Tablets 1 with KK 4.4 and is fine, other has 4.1.2 and says not compatible or to that affect when choosing Install from PlayStore?

have you tried downloading kodi from another source other than the playstore?? ,,,,,,

Yep, might need to get hold of the apk for 14,2 maybe?

I know 16 is latest and he issue is 15 or 16 don't Install as I stated "Says Incompatible with this Device".

So I might need to try getting 14,2 and see if it the same or only other Option is trying to get a Stock image or something for the Tablet with KK 4.4, which so far I haven't been able too,

14.2 Helix works but with the latest addons it gonna be an issue.

Is it possible to upgrade Android OS?

I have downloaded Kodi from Play Store and it fine with my Samsung Tablet. I also downloaded it onto an Android Tablet of unknown make (it cost £30 from one of these lifetime deals!) and that also works fine. I know my son in law has not been able to install it onto his ipad.

I have made it clear that it an issue with 4.1.2 as Kodi 14.2 Helix works on it but not 15 or above.

I have another Tablet with 4.4 and runs Kodi 16 and 15 .

Since most scripts are for 16 now, 14.2 Helix maybe an Issue.
