does anyone have the above box,ive had it 3-4 weeks and all was ok with it the updates and addons were working fine but over the last couple of day it says there is a software problem,and the box turns off not having updated itself the other problem is it sends the internet connection so slow until i reboot the box,any ideas guys.

Sounds like you have either updated some plugin or software updates that caused some form of corruption, a fresh re-flash of an image will cure it

Firstly you download an image of your choosing place this onto a USB stick place that into the rear of the receiver press the little white switch to off then switch back on display on front will read USB press the power button on the front of the receiver the display will change to FLSH wait around 5 minutes for it to flash then setup as you did before.

Before you flash it best to backup any relevant data you may require by FTP'ing into the receiver and grabbing what you need
