New spider6000

I`ve just bought a new spider box 6000, loaded the latest patch, when I click on it to register I keep getting `login is failed`I set one up for my nephew a few weeks ago with no problem. Anyone any ideas?

yes I`ve put 11-11-11-11-11 in,I just can`t think of anything else,the IPTV loads up ok,its goes looking to reigster and then comes back with the login failed.I`ve done a factory reset,reloaded the patch

I read recently on here that somebody emails you a login key ? (similar to the HB9000)

I think they used to add a small piece of paper in the packing, so check the wrapper etc too

has to be one or the other, assuming you have patched it with the latest oct 2015 mscam patch

I`ve checked through it all and can`t find anything,is the latest patch March 2016?.I thought we were still using the 19.10.2015

The patch can depend on which service the seller has provided with the 6000HD. (think you need to ask) Many come with Mscam instead of IKS. Some suppliers sell the 6000 with neither, like A*u*c*t*i*o*n Site.

As jbvid had stated, it can depend where you brought the box from. If its from Goldwafers ring him up and he'll do his best to sort it out for you. If its from Am***n or E**y, chances are it would not have been registered to work for the free year.

then its between you and the retailer , one reason we ask members to use goldwafers is the after sales service , one of these services would be ensuring you had the correct registration paperwork and details

AFAIK you should always use the latest patch, the last patch on here is dated 19 oct 2015 , I had mixed it up with the HB9000 which is dated march 2016 , so yes, use last octobers patch , plus any paperwork from your dealer, which if you dont have that info is why you are failing, as mentioned in replies above , so that side of it is between you and them
