Webif streaming

Having some issues trying to stream to my tablet. I can login to webif from my tablet, when I go to open the stream VLC opens goes to buffer then crashes. Is there a setting I am missing?

works fine here,,,,im using an amazon fired hd tablet. i go onto webif and download a stream,,or a complete bouquet which are in m3u format....i then use simple iptv to open the channels,,vlc also working.

These are the setting I have in my Nexus 7 2013
