hi all I have been watching different channels on tv but on a few channels I get commentary of whats going on its so puts you off watching tv can I remove this I think its for the poorly sighted

Change the audio track to AC3 or MPEG that isn't NAR (narrative) (Audio button)
alternatively in your audio settings find 'prefer AC3 track' and set to yes

press the audio button on the remote and then use the up/down butto select till its gone
