help for red dot

HI all had this dreaded red dot syndrome when duo would not boot up herd all about the capacitor c807 changing it so opened up box and must be a newer model as the capacitor was on c807 but a newer one which is a inlaid one so cleaned fan made sure all screws were tight and put back together red dot syndrome was gone booted up straight away

The red dot syndrome can go away intermittently until the capacitor is so bad that it goes forever until you do the repair.
