duo FTP error (password related)

HI all,
I have a VU+ box which i have had for ages and get sky new problem here in Spain. however my supplier had to change password, which he kindly sent me, but when I try to get in to my VUcc to change password my FTP isnt opening and says something is missing. 7zOC79EOF85 IN LOCAL TEMP FILE.
A friend set everything up for me, and I must admit I am pretty useless but could anyone give advice please.

HI All, I also have a Duo box, but my filezilla wont let me get to the FTP to change current password to get my sky, any help gratefully recieved. Im getting all the free channels etc. its just to get in to change password.
Firezilla keeps telling me something is missing but god knows what.

have you checked the box ip address is correct
