install an icecrypt plugin ?

Which model Icecrypt do you have?

Download file, unzip and load Plugin file to root of a suitable USB stick.
Put USB into usb on Icecrypt and a popup will appear showing the plugin.
Press red button to download plugin file and wait until the Icecrypt reboots.
Go to menu and find and select Plugins.

I have done that and now my box wont load, there is nothing on the screen no menu, will the portal express flash work?
