channels stay scrambled reinstalled patch to no avail help

hi all yesterday installed older vasicks mscam patch on my spiderbox 6000 to see if the channels would clear quicker?
but nothing cleared at all.
so reverted back to mscam patch 19 10 2015 however it just says scrambled.

info says 19 10 patch
internet says true and is connected
ms cam shows the code 11-11 etc and says connected

redtube clears

but although I'm on right sat and have siganal I cannot clear any channels that were working before

I am completely stuck now I have made sure mscam not iks was loaded

I have 139 days left on gift

I cannot check now.

mscam was not working at all for me last night on my Spiderbox HD6000. So maybe a general issue and not due to going back to IKS and back to mscam.
