That means its not getting a signal from the dish. Are both of your tuners configured?
Have you the dish connected to both inputs on the back of the receiver? Autobouquetsmaker by default uses lnb input 2 for its scans.

You have 2 options.

Option 1 (best option) :
Bring another cable from the LNB to your receiver. This will solve your problem and also allow you to record 1 channel while watching another channel.

Option 2 (easy option):
Disable Tuner B.
Menu > Setup > Service Searching > Tuner Configuration > Tuner B > Configuration mode "Not configured"

Reboot your receiver.

AutoBouquetsMaker should now use Tuner A (the one you are using at the moment) to scan.

Tuner A :Single
Tuner B: Single
Tuner C: Single
Tuner D: Loop through to tuner C

that is how it appears on my tuner configuration.

Try changing Tuner D to not configured

IF tuner C is busy!
Then tuner D will only have available channels on the quadrant C is using

I have 3 Tuners in my DUO2 and AutoBoquetsMaker always uses Tuner C,
In your case it would be using Tuner D so try changing it to not configured.
