6000 line not working

Hi all,A friend came to me and said his 6000 was not working with his Nline,I did a factory reset and put on the latest patch but no joy I tried the line onall the emty lines in the box and did not work on any of the eight lines my own Amiko and there was nothing wrong all working hopefully someone can advise me,regards McG

Have you checked the 6000HD is connected to the internet?
Did you turn any "gift" off, in the menu, as this might cause the problem?
You could try a different patch, or a different line, test C Line, to see if the problem is with the 6000HD emulator version.
