new spiderbox 6000hd channel list?

good evening folks....im looking for a new spiderbox 6000hd channel list for my big bro who lives up in Scotland i bought the box for him. i do not own spiderbox so cant actually make channel list for him. so if anyone can upload a current one with the BBC Olympics channels i will be grateful.
