patch update

Hi guys I've installed the new update to resolve the "not connecting" issue
everything rebooted but just says "connecting" Has done for over an hour now ... any ideas?

Have you just installed the new patch? or did you follow the setup guide to install it correctly?

Do you have internet connection? you should be able to connect with Youtube etc if you have.

box was ok till the w/end when like other users the gift disappeared
downloaded fix here and did install as per the instructions
internet connection fine
still showing "Connecting"

Maybe you would like to state how long you have had the Spiderbox 6000HD.

Hi Aldo ... had the box from about March .. bought from GW
Installed "Gift" when I recieved the box but hadn't used it until the last couple of weeks
as was still using 9000hd with sea lions

backup your channel list to usb stick

factory reset the box

patch the box with the old patch

factory reset the box again

patch it with the new patch from last week

factory reset the box

reload your saved channel list (with settings)

test the box again
